LedgerLeafInstall LedgerLeaf
LedgerLeaf is a spreadsheet add-on. You install it from the Google Workspace Marketplace, then connect your Shopify store.

Until the listing is approved, the add-on is not yet publicly installable. Contact us to join the early-access list.
Steps
- Open the Marketplace link above and click Install. Approve the permissions (see below).
- Open or create a Google spreadsheet, then choose Extensions → LedgerLeaf → Open LedgerLeaf.
- Follow the setup guide to create your Shopify app and paste the client ID and secret in the sidebar.
- Choose your data and click Sync now.
Permissions we ask for — and why

| View and manage the spreadsheet this add-on is used in | Write synced data and reports to the sheet you open it in. Only that one spreadsheet, never the rest of your Drive. |
| Display and run third-party web content in prompts and sidebars | Shows the LedgerLeaf sidebar. |
| Connect to an external service | Calls the Shopify API (directly) and our licensing check (email and key only). |
| Allow this application to run when you are not present | Only for the optional Pro scheduled sync. |
| Send email as you | Only to email you if a scheduled sync fails (sent to yourself). |
| See your primary email address | Identifies your Pro licence. |

Requirements: a Google account with access to Google Sheets, and a Shopify store you own or administer.
